Psycho-pedagogical Support

We understand that no student starts from scratch. Each one brings unique stories, emotions, and experiences that shape how they learn and interact with others. Therefore, we have a specialized team for each school stage, offering individualized support and collaborating with families and external professionals when necessary.

Our focus is to support students in all aspects of their development, helping them unlock their potential with confidence, balance, and self-assurance.

Tutoring Program

From 7th grade onward, students participate in our Tutoring Program—a safe space for dialogue and listening. Here, they are encouraged to reflect on themselves, their relationships, choices, and purpose.

Our tutors are close, trustworthy mentors who guide each student throughout the year, leading discussions on:

  • Socio-emotional development;
  • Community life and empathy;
  • Spirituality and interiority;
  • Responsibility and leadership.

Education is not just about teaching; it is about walking together with love, consistency, and presence.

IDP - Individual Development Project

From 9th grade through 12th, students engage in the Individual Development Project (PDI), a personalized program designed to help them:

  • Discover their vocation and professional interests;
  • Reflect on their talents and limitations;
  • Define clear and realistic goals for the future.

The goal is to prepare young people for conscious choices—not only regarding a career but about the life they wish to build with purpose, faith, and impact.

Partnership with Families

Holistic formation is only possible when the school and family walk together. That is why we promote:

  • Continuous formation programs for parents;
  • Spaces for active listening;
  • Transparent dialogue with coordinators and tutors;
  • Meetings on spirituality, boundaries, virtues, and family leadership.
